What is Drupal?
Drupal is currently the most powerful, scalable content management system in the world. A content management system, or "CMS", allows a user with little to no web experience to easily manage every aspect of a website's content - text, images, menus, news, events, pictures, video, and more.
Drupal offers a host of features, just a few of which include:
- Fully custom design
- Easy updating of web content
- Custom user permissions and roles
- Management of photo galleries and videos
- Blogging
- Content Search Capabilities
- Social Media integration
- Editorial Review of Content
Our Drupal Expertise
Our Drupal expertise is second to none. In fact, our Drupal website for the American Society of Media Photographers was featured in a case study that appeared on the homepage of Drupal.org. The ASMP is a non-profit based out of Philadelphia, and they needed a robust re-development of their existing website, including a way to manage hundreds of pages of content.
Additionally, we have developed a number of custom modules for Drupal, including Drupento, which allows a website to utilize both Drupal and the Magento E-Commerce platform together as an integrated solution.
Why use Drupal?
Today's businesses and organizations need to be able to keep their websites fresh, and a content management system is the way to do it. Drupal is a fully scalable, well established platform, and it is currently in use on whitehouse.gov, theeconomist.com, and literally thousands of other high profile, high traffic websites.
While there are other competing CMS platforms available, our experience has shown us that Drupal is the most robust, well supported, and secure platform for website deployment.
